For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of business, technology and organizational transformation. My experience spans digital strategy, customer interaction, e-commerce, omnichannel development and the design of more connected and effective ways of working.
Throughout these developments, I have been interested in the relationship between what technology makes possible and what organizations are actually capable of achieving with it.
New technologies continually extend the possibilities for creating value, improving experiences and transforming how organizations operate. Realizing that potential depends on the choices people make, the capabilities they develop and their ability to connect different elements into a coherent whole.
This perspective has increasingly shaped my work as artificial intelligence has begun to transform the nature of knowledge, decisions, creativity and action.
FROM EXPERIENCE TO PERSPECTIVE
Understanding what makes progress possible.
Working across strategy, technology and organizational development has taught me to look beyond individual solutions and initiatives.
The important questions concern how an organization understands its changing environment, determines its ambitions, brings people and capabilities together, and learns from what it achieves.
Artificial intelligence brings new urgency to these questions. Its rapidly expanding capabilities create opportunities to rethink business models, customer relationships, operating practices and the contribution of people and intelligent systems.
I am particularly interested in how organizations can develop the coherence and adaptability needed to turn these opportunities into meaningful and sustained progress.
That interest led me to develop the AI Empowerment System.

AI Empowerment brings together the perspectives and structures I have developed to understand how organizations can turn advancing AI capabilities into coherent, responsible progress.
Its Philosophy examines the progress an organization wants to create. The Framework connects the leadership conditions, development activities and solution domains needed to make that progress possible. Insight brings evidence and different organizational perspectives together to support understanding, reflection and continued development.
The System builds on my experience with organizational transformation, architecture, connected processes, value creation and performance.
It continues to develop through research, practical application and the questions emerging from increasingly capable AI.

My interest in artificial intelligence extends beyond its organizational applications.
As machines develop capabilities increasingly associated with human intelligence, I believe we face important questions about the future of human ingenuity, autonomy, dignity, responsibility and meaning.
I developed HumainTouch as a philosophical inquiry into these questions, drawing on a European-humanistic perspective while remaining open to different ideas, evidence and possible futures.
Through essays and research, I explore how human and artificial intelligence may evolve together and what this could mean for individuals, organizations and society.
