We have barely begun to imagine what AI could make possible.
There is every reason to be optimistic about its potential. Yet the same capabilities that open extraordinary opportunities also introduce profound risks and consequences.
How we recognize those opportunities, understand their implications and take responsibility for the choices we make will determine much of what follows.
Decades of working at the intersection of business, technology and organizational transformation have shaped my perspective on these developments. They continue to inform how I explore the possibilities of AI and the human judgment needed to realize them responsibly.
